250g frozen peas
2 tablespoons sour cream
sea salt and cracked black pepper
- Add water to the TM bowl, and place peas into the simmering basket. Cook for 8 minutes/varoma/speed 4.
- Drain water and place peas into the TM bowl with the butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Turn dial to closed lid position and pulse 3 or 4 times until roughly chopped.
