1 organic pear, peeled, cored and quartered
1/2 MC water
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- Place the pear and water into the TM bowl and cook for 8 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
- Puree for 5 seconds/speed 8.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 7 minutes/90 degrees/speed 4.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cool and serve.

Use fresh organic apple, nectarine, peach or apricot in place of the pear.
